Easy Flour-less Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies!

Hey everyone! With school being out means I get more time to bake and I wanted to share with you these easy cookies! These cookies are super yummy with their chocolate and peanut butter taste, but without the flour, which means these are gluten free (and a bit healthier than normal cookies).

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of peanut butter (Crunchy)
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 6 ounces of chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Lightly beat the egg in a cup or small bowl.
  3. Put the peanut butter, brown sugar, egg (lightly beaten), vanilla extract, and baking soda in a mixer.
  4. Mix until all of the ingredients are smooth and blended together.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips, until evenly distributed.
  6. Form little two inch cookie dough balls and place them on a baking sheet. (Make sure they are very packed or else they won't hold together, since their is nothing to bind them together!)
  7. Bake for 10 minutes.
  8. Then let them cool and enjoy!
