Easy Flour-less Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies!

Image
The bottom right picture is how the dough should end up looking! Hey everyone! With school being out means I get more time to bake and I wanted to share with you these easy cookies! These cookies are super yummy with their chocolate and peanut butter taste, but without the flour, which means these are gluten free (and a bit healthier than normal cookies). Ingredients: 1 cup of peanut butter (Crunchy) 1 cup of brown sugar 1 egg 1 teaspoon of baking soda 6 ounces of chocolate chips 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly beat the egg in a cup or small bowl. Put the peanut butter, brown sugar, egg (lightly beaten), vanilla extract, and baking soda in a mixer. Mix until all of the ingredients are smooth and blended together. Stir in the chocolate chips, until evenly distributed. Form little two inch cookie dough balls and place them on a baking sheet. (Make sure they are very packed or else they won't hol...

What I Bring to Golf

Image
Hey everybody! Long time no see, and I am so sorry about that. I have been trying to find the time to write a blog post, but with school and golf season kicking back up I did not have enough time to write a nice blog post! Today I am sharing with you what I bring to golf. I just played in my second tournament yesterday and placed 10th overall, which isn't too shabby considering it was wet and freezing out on the golf course. When I go out to golf I try to bring as many things that I could possibly need, because you never know what the weather will be like or what may happen. Here is a list of things I bring with me: Extra Golf Balls (I use the Callaway Super Soft in yellow). A couple towels, one to wipe my golf clubs off with and one in case it gets rainy. Rain gear, I bring a pair of rain pants and a rain/wind jacket. Lots of golf tees. A sharpie, to mark my balls with in case someone is using the same ball as me. Girly things, enough said Hand sanitizer ,because golf co...

Image
Hey guys i'm finally back! Today i'm sharing with you some of things I will be attempting to try this spring and summer, all of these things you could try as well.  Every year I feel that the seasons go by so quickly and i'm never able to do any of the these I would like to do, so I thought why not make a list and see how many these I can accomplish. Without further adieu here are Things to Try During the Spring/Summer: Get a writing prompt book and actually write in it.  You can get these from any book store I got mine from Half-Priced Books for around eight dollars. Go For a Hike. I absolutely love to hike and I feel as though I don't get to do it as much as I would like to, so this year I want to do it a lot more. Take More Pictures. Every time I go somewhere I always forget to take pictures and always regret it, so I definitely want to take as many as possible! Organize Your Closet. Get rid of all those clothes you don't like anymore and make room for the ...
