The bottom right picture is how the dough should end up looking! Hey everyone! With school being out means I get more time to bake and I wanted to share with you these easy cookies! These cookies are super yummy with their chocolate and peanut butter taste, but without the flour, which means these are gluten free (and a bit healthier than normal cookies). Ingredients: 1 cup of peanut butter (Crunchy) 1 cup of brown sugar 1 egg 1 teaspoon of baking soda 6 ounces of chocolate chips 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly beat the egg in a cup or small bowl. Put the peanut butter, brown sugar, egg (lightly beaten), vanilla extract, and baking soda in a mixer. Mix until all of the ingredients are smooth and blended together. Stir in the chocolate chips, until evenly distributed. Form little two inch cookie dough balls and place them on a baking sheet. I have a love-hate relationship with Valentine's Day , I remember being in 6th grade and I had one of those weird relationships that you get when you're at that age and I bought my boyfriend some candy and he bought me some as well, anyway I ended up eating his candy and mine ! He was making me angry and I thought well i'm just going to eat his candy because why not.  I ended up breaking up with him the next day, this is why i'm still single , haha just kidding.  This post is just a reminder that you don't need to be in a relationship with someone to enjoy this very loving holiday, so without further adiu here are my reasons to love Valentine's Day: All of the Candy !
